Usage policy addendum for Google Drive

This section is an addition to our general Terms and Conditions and applies only if you choose to enable the Google Drive integration. It inherits all statements from the main terms and conditions.

When you enable this integration, we access and process only the data you have explicitly made available to us through the Google Workspace API. We do not collect or use any other data from your Google account without your permission. The use of any raw or derived user data obtained via the Workspace APIs will fully comply with the Google User Data Policy, including all Limited Use requirements.

As mentioned in our general terms and conditions, we will never sell your data to third parties. However, we may share your data with select partners strictly as necessary to deliver the services you have requested. These partners are listed as sub-processors in our Data Processing Addendum.

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the AI assistant features associated with this integration. Specifically, when you connect your Google Drive account, we may access and process your files to enable our AI assistant to deliver personalized support and intelligent responses. Your data may be securely stored in a database to enhance search, retrieval, and contextual understanding within the AI assistant. We do not use your data for any other purpose than augmenting a model with external data at inference time, thereby explicitly excluding the actual training or finetuning of AI models themselves.

We implement robust security measures to protect your information, and all data handling is performed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Google Workspace API requirements. All security measures that are listed in our Security Addendum apply to Google Workspace API data as well.
