# Forward resolved conversations to Freshchat

- You can now __send resolved conversations to Freshchat__ (aka conversations that didn’t escalate). This can be set up via the [Conversations configuration page](https://unless.com/en/dashboard/analyze/conversations/configuration "Conversations configuration"). If you have the Freshchat integration active, you will see an option to “*Forward resolved conversations to Freshchat*”.
