# Filter Zendesk tickets by ticket form

**Summary:** The Zendesk ticket integration can now filter by ticket form, and you can add an Optimized column to your resource collection view.

- Zendesk tickets integration now has an option to filter on "ticket form".
- On the resource collection view of your training data, you can add a column to see which collections have been optimized.
