## Agent exchange loop — CA ↔ TA feedback

Animated visualisation of the customer-facing and team-facing faces of the same agent passing knowledge back and forth. Used as the opening section of the Solutions overview to ground the "one agent, two faces" framing. The visualisation respects `prefers-reduced-motion` - freezes the dot, blueprints, and label on a single steady-state frame.
